It’s oddly warm for October in New Jersey. I am sitting at my desk in my institutionally colored dorm room (hooray for dorm life), and looking out my window to see the myriad of oranges, yellows, browns and reds. Fall is a beautiful season to be on a college campus. I really don’t stop to appreciate it enough.
This week at the Governor’s Office I finished logging in all the newspaper names in NJ, who knew there was such a paper as the Item of Millburn?! It’s interesting to see what is read where and how some newspapers reach only a town, while others transcend counties. I could draw you the county map of NJ with my eyes closed now.
The internship search is going. Spring 09 should be an alright intern season, I only have class 2 days a week. Thus I will devote my time to doing the lowly mans work.
I fear however, the graduating part of being a senior. As I am an old person in college (ie I listen to NPR, read the newspaper, am looking into Roth IRAs and go to bed before 11:30) I worry that when I get out, I will be some party clown because of this whole economic mess.
Maybe I should start looking for a red nose.
